Myles has over 25 years experience in the project management field, across multiple industries including retail, defense, state and federal government and most recently hospitality. During his varied career, he has led projects ranging in budgetary size from $100K to $500B. His team leadership has impacted national and international companies, governments and non-profit organizations.

Dilip Abayasekara, Ph.D., A.S. has trained and inspired thousands of people in many different industries in almost every State in the USA and in seven different countries since he launched his training, speech coaching and professional speaking business in 1994. The focus of his company, Dr. Dilip, LLC (and Speaker Services Unlimited, the coaching division) is to enable individuals and organizations unleash their communication and performance potential.

Mr. Rowell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Mathematics from Potsdam State College in New York. He received his Masters of Science degree in Education, with a focus in Instructional Technology and Media Management also from Potsdam State College. Jim has had extensive experience as a professional trainer and supervisor and most recently served as the Director of Learning and Performance for a large organization where he had oversight responsibility for all of the learning opportunities for approximately 1,300 employees.

Tom Dardick is Principal of Dardick Inter-personal Communications, LLC.  He works with organizations and individuals to improve their clarity, focus, and alignment.  In 2004, Mr. Dardick co-founded and served as Managing Member for The Communication Gym®, a company that provides a forum for guided practice of fundamental communication skills.  Tom currently volunteers his services as Program Director for Human Resource Professionals of Central PA, a local chapter of SHRM.  He has been an owner in numerous businesses over the past twenty years, having extensive experience in sales, management, finance, and professional development.  He holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
